I received my new 2018 Erin Condren LifePlanner a few days ago and I’m excited to share what I ordered and what I think of each product.
I’ll start with the LifePlanner itself along with all of the accessories that came with it. I chose to customize my planner with one of the new Oh Joy covers, a silver coil, and a neutral theme. I love the girly vibe of the cover and the flecks of shimmy silver metallic. The planner came with a Plan for It clear zipper pouch and a coil clip to attach it to the planner if you choose to do so. Inside of the planner pouch were three compliment cards, two gift labels, and three coupons for future purchases.
This is my seventh year to order a LifePlanner and the general layout of the planner doesn’t usually change much from year to year. The only major difference that I noticed in this year’s planner is that there are more sticker sheets in the back of the planner which I really appreciate.
I ordered my LifePlanner during the pre-order period and these two items were included in my order as free gifts. I love the iridescent shimmer of the sticker sheet and I don’t think you can ever have too many reusable bags so I was really happy to receive these in my package.
Last year I ordered the Turn Your Dreams Into Plans sticker book and used them to mark important dates, meetings, and events. This year I ordered the other two sticker books available to try them out.
The Always a Reason to Celebrate sticker book is more of a decorative sticker book. It includes one page of stickers for each month that match the color scheme of the planner. It seems like a fun way to jazz up a few pages and since I use my planner as a memory keeping project in addition to a planning tool, I think I’ll end up using them all up!
The Plan for Tomorrow Celebrate Today sticker book includes more functional stickers including blank page flags and ones with quotes and sayings. I tend to use lots of page flag type stickers throughout the year so I’m happy to have these to add to my collection.
More stickers! (From left to right)
Functional Flags Sticker Pack: I ordered this pack to add to my page flag collection for this year. I didn’t make it through half of last year before I ran out so I made sure that to order a variety of stickers to have on hand for this year.
LifePlanner Do-It-All Sticker Sheet: Each LifePlanner comes with a sheet of these stickers but I ran out of them last year so I ordered an extra sheet.
Colorful Circles Sticker Pack: I saw someone on Instagram use these stickers to mark important dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays on the yearly view pages in their planner. I really liked the idea so I ordered a pack of them. These sticker circles are translucent and made of a plastic type material. I haven’t actually used any of them yet but I will say that after opening the package the stickers didn’t seem to be stuck onto the sticker sheets very well. When the sticker page bends the stickers want to pop off of the page. I’m sure it’s due to the type of material that they are made of, I just hope that they stick to the paper in the planner better.
Habit Tracker Sticker Sheet: This sticker sheet consists of five long column stickers. I plan to cut them up into individual stickers and use them for weekly tracking. I only ordered one sheet to see how I like using them before I purchase more.
Sticky Notepad: I loved the size of this notepad! It’s the perfect size for writing shopping lists which is exactly what I plan to use it for. I usually write my shopping lists out on a sticky note and stick it to my phone to keep me from forgetting it at home. The sheets in notepad have a large sticky back so it will stick well to my phone and I can fold it in half to fit.
The Planner Folio! This is a brand new product and I absolutely love it! It’s made of soft neoprene and zips all the way around to fully protect the planner.
I usually keep my planner in my computer bag and the Planner Folio keeps it from getting beat up by my laptop and it allows me to carry stickers, a pen, and other accessories without having to have a separate pouch to put them in. It is definitely the best accessory for on the go planners!
